He possesses vast experience in labor litigation and strategic labor consulting. Furthermore, he is a frequent speaker at both national and international conferences, to which he is invited as an expert in labor law, union rights, social security, and civil employer liability, amongst other areas within the field.

Regarding academia, he is currently a Labor Law and Social Security professor at Universidad de Chile, for both undergraduate and graduate students, joining said programs through a public background and opposition tender. Likewise, he is a Labor Law and Social Security professor for the Universidad de Talca and Universidad de Valencia’s Joint-Master’s Degree program.

He has authored numerous specialized publications, most prominent amongst which are articles published by indexed-journals and with the editorial board. Moreover, he is author to the books “El poder disciplinario del empleador” [The employer’s disciplinary power] and “Las facultades y deberes del juez en materia probatoria en el proceso laboral. Análisis crítico” [The judge’s powers and duties regarding evidence in the labor process. Critical analysis]. He has furthermore collaborated in numerous chapters included in books on labor law and other topics related to his areas of practice.
